Karma
Karma Bio
Draco's Chaos was founded
by Berry Gilliam (vocals) and
Fred Boyd (bass) around 1985...
After hooking up with Matt Sheppard (drums),
we went on to change the name to Selfish Psychotic Bastards...this name was at
the urging of a guitarist who is no longer a member of the band.
Having the band decisions back in control of
the original founders,
the name was changed to Karma.
During the next few years, we worked
with several guitarists Steve Horton &
Randy Frankum.
But,
Larry Snell gave us a boost (Now living in Arkansas).
Life improved with Anthony Belvin, who was
referred to us from a local
band in Dallas called Tree House.
We set up the meeting on a Sunday night March 22, 1998 for
myself; Freddy (bassist), Berry (vocals) sit in and Anthony (guitarist),
we instantly, clicked
together and it all clicked.
We have been together with our new guitarist
for about
a year and a half and will look forward to
going back in the
studio
again in August 21 & 22 1999
at Main Street Studios.

This time around finds us going through internal
change.
Mikey Smith (Percussionist of Torn Lace)&
on Rhyhthm Guitar/Backup Vocals & Matt
Sheppard (drummer) are no longer with
Karma, we wish them success with all
of their future endeavors.
This move will cause change to
the Karma sound, but hopefully
it can continue to grow !!!
